Hilltops Women’s Health is a holistic, empowering service for women that listens to your story and your body, providing education, support and care to help you heal and thrive.

My services include Internal Pelvic Release Work, Scar Release Work, Pregnancy and Postpartum Bodywork, pelvic health education for women of all ages, birth preparation and education and birth debriefing.

You can join me for care in my studio in Young, NSW or on one of my regular visits to Dubbo or Bathurst.

I am delighted to collaborate with specialists in rural women’s health to offer education and services for all women. You can find out more about these offerings by heading to the events section of the website.

Hi, I’m Helen.

I’m a mother of two, Internal Pelvic Release Work practitioner, Registered Nurse, Health and Childbirth Educator, and a Yoga and Meditation Teacher.

I’m passionate about and experienced in supporting women to understand their bodies and be empowered in accessing the care they need and deserve.
