The MamaCool™ pad provides a safe, effective and convenient method of delivering cooling therapy to women experiencing perineal trauma or swelling post vaginal childbirth. Its unique design provides a hygienic and comfortable pain management solution that supports mothers in their post-partum recovery.

MamaCool™ was created by a Midwife, with your comfort in mind. Its distinctive holes allow post-birth blood (lochia) to flow through to the maternity pad underneath to keep the vagina and perineum dry. The soft and smooth semi-absorbent outer layer is gentle on stitches and the shape of the pad contours to your body.

The MamaCool™ pad’s position can be adjusted for cooling and comfortable support to peri-urethral, labial, perineal and anal injuries.

Hilltops Women’s Health recommends MamaCool™ for postpartum recovery and to relieve symptoms associated with vulval varicosities, vulval swelling, pelvic congestion and recovery following vulval, anal and perineal surgery.
